Adjustments /Alignments
Our spines get out of alignment often due to the many habitual things we do incorrectly like slouching, looking down at your phone, sleeping incorrectly and of course any accidents, falls or spills we may have had throughout our life. Aligning the spine can help alleviate pain by taking pressure off the nerves and helping our nerve flow not to be impeded. Here is a good example to help you understand: Has your water hose ever gotten kinked up reducing the flow of water? When your back is “kinked” from misaligned vertebrae the nerve flow is reduced leading to decreased function and often pain. Alignments are typically painless and often provide instant relief.
