Therapeutic Exercises
There are many wonderful therapeutic exercises and stretches that can help aid in your recovery and make you stronger to prevent future problems. Exercises and stretches will be given for the area of complaint. These are often done 3-4 times a week and will be written out for you with pictures for better understanding. They can be done on your own at home or in the office under the supervision of Dr. Pitts to help make sure they are done correctly.
